OUR POLICIES :

Appointment Cancelation Policy:

Our cancelation policy is strict in order to better serve our clients.

If you need to cancel a reservation, we require you to call (570)586-4023 and give 24-hour cancelation notice for individual services and packages. E-mails and Texts are not accepted as a valid form of cancelation. Appointments canceled in less than the required time will be billed 50% of scheduled service(s) / Package(s). Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment time. No Show / No Call Appointments will be billed 100% of scheduled service(s) / Package(s).

THESE CHARGES WILL BE ADDED AS AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE TO MY NEXT SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT or THESE CHARGES WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CHARGE TO MY CREDIT CARD ON FILE, IF I CHOOSE TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT ONLINE.

Appointments booked for the same day are considered confirmed and cannot be canceled, to adhere to our strict 24-hour cancelation policy.

Addition Cancelation Policy for Gift Card/Certificates:

For GIFT Card/Certificate holders: Any uncanceled appointments means a total and complete forfeit of your gift card/certificate in its entirety.

Our Policy for Unused Gift Cards/Certificates: If your card is not used, After the first full year (365 days) your card will go into an "Inactive Status". If the card is not used for the entire 2nd year (730 days) the card remains in the "Inactive Status" and will now be charged $2.50 a month "Inactivity Fee" until the card is used or until the balance on the card reaches zero dollars ($0.00), which ever comes first.
